Son Camp

Son Camp  Our Son Camp is a two-week experience which the FFF sons are able to work on our Son Farm; exercise every morning; learn about healthy living; engage in recreational activities; and participate in a comprehensive reading program. Since 1996, Son Camp is designed to be the most challenging component of the summer mentoring program. The younger FFF sons are placed on teams with veteran FFF sons as team captains. The captains are responsible for the success of those that they are leading. The parallel lesson is that a father is responsible for the care and protection of his family. The younger sons understand that the veterans have been in the program for several years and know the objectives. ~ More…

Son Farm

Our Son Farm is an educational garden for the young men which teaches them to grow food in rich soil using low-cost tools, materials, and simple, organic techniques. This is also an opportunity for you, your children or grandchildren to work (as volunteers) at the farm together and you can pick your own blackberries, strawberries or melons (according to the season). ~ More…
